How to add a facility licence
- Go to Account settings
- Select Manage facilities
- Select Add new facility
- Input your new facility's name, address, and the customers it supplies.
- Finally, assign a lead user plus any additional colleagues who need permissions to the facility.
- Click "Save and Activate" and proceed with payment for the additional license
If you are not able to add a new facility following this process, please contact us.
How to add multiple new facility licenses at once

1. Go to Account settings and select Manage facilities
2. Select Add new facility

3. After entering the details of the first facility, click Save and add another.
4. Repeat this process until all facilities have been added -
5. When finished, select Save and close

6. Once all facilities are added, you can proceed with payment by selecting them in bulk. Check the boxes next to the facilities you want to purchase licenses for, then click Activate or renew licenses.

7. A payment window will appear showing the total cost of all selected licenses. Complete the purchase in one transaction by choosing your preferred payment method. For more information on payment options, see our article HERE
