To renew your licenses, please follow these four simple steps:

1. Go to Account settings - either from the top right as shown to the left, or by scrolling to the bottom of your home screen

2. Click Manage facilities

3. Select the facility account(s) that you want to renew using the tickboxes

4. Select Activate or renew licenses and select your preferred payment method

If your facility's license has expired, you will be automatically redirected to this page.

If you are not able to renew your license(s) following this process, please contact us.

• You will receive an email reminder before your license expires to remind you to renew. You can check your license expiry date(s) by going to ‘Manage facilities’ in your Account settings and checking the third column.

  

• A payment receipt is sent to the person who actioned the payment within 48 hours. Please check if they have received this. You can also check if payment is complete by checking the license date outlined above. If the expiry date is a year from when you completed payment your license has been successfully renewed.
