CDP Report Download

If your organization reports annually to CDP, you can streamline your reporting process and avoid duplicating work . To successfully download the report, please follow these steps:

• Complete the Measurements and Reduction Plan sections as you normally would for your customer(s) using the M2030 platform.
• Navigate to the Reduction Plan Overview report on the M2030 Platform (here).
• Select the reporting period you wish to include.
• Click ‘Download CDP report’.

You will receive an Excel file via email. In this file:

• Column A corresponds to the relevant section of the CDP questionnaire
• Columns B and C relate to the individual questions.

The data located in this file can be directly copied across to your CDP questionnaire. 

Reduction Plan Download

If you would like an overview of all your actions, you can export this information as an Excel file. Follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have populated your Reduction Plan on the M2030 platform.
2. Navigate to the Reduction Plan Overview report (here)
3. At the top of the page, select the organizational level for the download:
    - You can choose to export the Reduction Plan for a single facility or all facilities within the organization.
4. Select the period you wish to include in the Reduction Plan download.
5. Scroll down and click the ‘Export XLSX’ button.

You will receive the Excel file via email.
