This article will guide you through updating your units and adding new metrics for accurate reporting in your account settings.
After selecting your customers a list of measurement metrics/questions will appear with a red asterisk. These questions have been specifically requested by your selected customer(s) and so must be answered to complete your submission.
Changing Units
When answering your required metrics, you will find that each is given a unit of measurement. This unit can be changed based on your reporting methods
- Click on “Edit measurements and units”
- Select the metric you want to change the unit for.
- From the drop-down menu, select the unit you want to use for each metric.
- Remember to save your changes by clicking the "Save" button in the bottom right corner.
If you update the unit of a metric make sure that any value you may have entered is also updated to reflect this change.
Adding Metrics
Beyond your customer(s) request, you can also add metrics that you may wish to report on and analyze trends either as a facility or across your organization.
- Go to " Facility resources and units" in your account settings by selecting your initials at the top right.
- Scroll through the list of available metrics and tick the ones you want to include.
- Untick any metrics that are not relevant to your facility
- Remember to save your changes by clicking the "Save" button in the bottom right corner.
A greyed-out R indicates an answer is required by your customer and can’t be removed.
