Before you start submitting your measurements and planning your Actions for your Reduction Plan, you first need to indicate which customer(s) your site(s) supply to. This lets them know you are participating and will present you with those specific metrics that they have requested you submit.
-
Steps to selecting your customer(s)
Upon your first login, and invitation to create a new facility, you will be asked to select those customer(s) that each facility provides goods or services to.
-
Adding more customer(s)
Should a new customer request you to submit via M2030, select the facility that supplies this customer and go to the 'Measurements' page.
-
Adding more customer(s)
Choose the correct year, and select "add or edit customers" as shown.
Then select all relevant customers that you work with for the chosen year.
For each customer, choose the category of product/service that you supply. Select “Unknown” if unsure.
-
You're all done!
Once you've selected each customer and category of product, this customer will show under your measurements.
The page will then populate with your chosen customer(s') metrics and they will be able to see your submission when saved.
FAQs
-
Not all your customers may have signed up for the platform. If there are customers you'd like to report to who aren't currently listed, we recommend reaching out to them and encouraging them to join M2030.
-
If you don't supply the customer in the reporting year, please don't select them. However, please note that you must select your customer for each reporting year, so please make sure that your customer selection reflects your supply for each year.
-
Yes, please select your customer for each reporting year, as you may not supply the customer in some years.
-
Based on your customer selection, the rest of the questionnaire will be updated to match your customer's requested data. For example, the measurement questionnaire may have been updated once you have added a new customer. So please always return to the home page and check the status of your submission.
