Why am I ‘locked out’ of the measurements page?
If you cannot access the measurements page or other areas of the platform, this could be due to a few common reasons. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Not associated with a facility
The issue you're experiencing may be because access to the created facility has not yet been added to your personal user account. To resolve this:
Step 1. Check if you are an admin user. Go to Manage members in account settings. Check your role. If you are an admin see point 2. If you are a member skip to point three.
Step 2: If you are using an admin account, follow this guide to add the necessary access to your account.
Step 3. If you are using a member account, you need to request access from one of the listed admins. Share this guide with one of the admins in your account and ask them to add you to the facility.

2. Viewing the wrong facility
If you’re associated with multiple facilities, you may be viewing the wrong one. To check and switch facilities:
- Locate the facility selector in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click the dropdown menu and select the correct facility.
3. Expired facility access
If the facility associated with your account has expired, you will need to renew it to regain access. Follow this guide to complete the renewal process.
