There are 4 reports showing your environmental footprint and your reduction efforts on M2030. You can find them under Reports:

• Reduction plan overview

This report shows a summary of the actions adopted and created within your organization and/or facility. 

You can switch to a different facility or organization level and choose the time period to display in the top left corner of the report.

You can find a breakdown of savings by different action status (shortlisted; in progress; completed), focus area, and individual actions.

💡Data exports: On this page you can download an export compatible with CDP (“Download CDP Report”) and a full Excel export of your Reduction Plan (“Export XLSX”). A more detailed guide can be found here.

• CO2e & resource intensity

M2030 not only calculates your total CO2e footprint, but also adjusts so that you can see your normalized CO2e footprint – that is, CO2e per unit of production. This is known as your CO2e intensity.

CO2e intensity over time is shown in this report. To normalize the data, your Total Production Output figure from Measurements is used, then the first year’s figure is set to 100 (arbitrary units). 

Eg: if your intensity was 200 kg CO2e / tonne of product in 2020 and 300 kg CO2e / tonne of product in 2021, this would show as 100 and 150 respectively. 

You can switch reporting to a different facility or organization level and select your metric type (CO2e, energy, water, or waste) in the top left corner.

• CO2e & resource reduction pathway

You can find the CO2e & resource reduction pathway both on the homepage dashboard and on the Reports menu.

It shows you an overview of your CO2e reduction pathway over time. This report demonstrates your progress towards carbon reduction from a baseline year, all the way until your target end dates.

This report is set up as a waterfall chart bringing together all the data you enter the platform, and it is flexible in what it can show to meet your reporting needs. You can set the time period to display using the selector at the top right. You can also add internal or customer targets, where available.

The graph is color-coded to show you your annual footprint and savings.

1. The long teal bars show annual measurements of your carbon footprint/water/waste so you can report your progress easily.
2. The long grey bars predict your carbon footprint /water/waste over time, so you can highlight the impact of future reduction activities.
3. The other colors (green, gold, and light blue), represent “completed”, “in progress” and “shortlisted” action savings incorporated into your facility.

• Customer Reports

This report shows an indication of what your customers see. It shares a lot of data with the other reports mentioned above, but the Pathway CO2e and water report is allocated, that is, only the portion allocated to your customers by the “% allocated to this customer” figure is shown for each year.
